Mr Adesola Alabi

Chairman

Mr. Adesola Alabi is the Lagos Residential Manager of the Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company (Infrastructure and Real Estate). He has enjoyed Cross-functional experience with Shell, having worked with the organization for more than 2 decades. He obtained a university degree (B.Eng.) in Civil Engineering in 1989 and he is a member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and also an associate member of American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).

Mr. Bamidele Alabi

MD/CEO

Alabi Bamidele Ayoade studied at the University of Ibadan where he obtained B.sc in Economics. He began his banking career with Nigeria International bank Limited, and later became an assistant general/Area Manager in Oceanic Bank International (Now Eco Bank). He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He has been group head in diverse capacities in various banks in the country. He has attended several trainings and courses both locally and internationally including a Custodian relationship management course at Commertz Bank, Frankfurt, Germany.

Mrs. Olabisi M. Abel-Ajala

Director

Olabisi Moyosore Abel-Ajala is a Senior Manager (Enterprise Sales) with VISAFONE Communication Ltd. Her experience in sales spans over a period of 20 years. She holds a Master’s Degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan. She has attended several courses locally and internationally and also holds various certificates which include human resources management from Cornell University, USA.

Grace Olatunji is the Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer Praise Hills Limited. She attended The Federal Polytechnic, Mubi, Adamawa State where she obtained her Higher National Diploma in Business Administration & Management. She has taken managerial position in various organizations and has distinguished herself with outstanding performance.

Mr. Ayobami Oluwarinu

Director

Ayo Oluwarinu is the Principal Director/CEO ARCHISYNTHESIS LTD & WOODCOUNTRY INV. LTD. He is a member of Nigerian Institute of Architects (MNIA). He obtained B.Sc & M.Sc in Architecture from Obafemi Awolowo University and he is skilled in Design, construction and Project Management, Team Work, Development consultancy, Human Administrative Skill.

Mr. John Olufemi Okanlawon

Director

John Olufemi Okanlawon is a veteran financial expert and banker, with vast experience in banking that span over 23 years. Formerly a general manager at Union Bank fcilitating trade and investment between Nigeria and South Africa. He was a Board member and treasurer, South Africa-Nigeria Chamber of Commerce and a professional Member of Institute of Bankers South Africa (IOB).

Mr. Akintayo Oluseyi

Head, Fincon & Human Resources

Akintayo Oluseyi is a result driven , tactful, resourceful finance professional with over ten years of banking experience in Oceanic bank International ( Now Ecobank Limited). He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria and Certified Microfinance Professional. He studied at Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro in Ogun State, where he obtained his Higher National Diploma in Accountancy. He attended courses and trainings both within and outside the country on understanding banking.

Mr. Ibegbu Udoka Dubem

Head, Credit & Marketing

Mr. Ibegbu Udoka Dubem is the Marketing & Business Development Manager of the Bank. He reports to the Board through the Managing Director of the Bank. He studied at Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State, where he obtained his Higher National Diploma in Accountancy. He attended courses and trainings on Loan Processing for prospective customers and Loan Recovery Management for Microfinance Banks. He started his banking career with Citizens Bank International in 2002. He worked as Internal Audit and Control Assistant with Enterprise Microfinance Bank and later joined Mutual Benefit Microfinance Bank Lagos as Head of Business Developer and Recovery.

Mr. Aremu Gboyega

Head,Internal Control & Risk Mgt

Mr. Aremu Gboyega is an Associate Member of the Institution of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered), and also possesses a Higher National Diploma from the Osun State College of Technology, Esa-Oke, Osun State. Nigeria. He has worked as Head of internal controller at Fortune Global Shipping and Logistics Limited. He started his career with C.S. Ola & Co. (Chartered Accountants), Ring-Road, in the year 2009 as an audit trainee and rose to the level of Audit Manager.

Mr. Jemilehin Adewale Stephen

Head, Operations & Information technology

Mr. Jemilehin Adewale Stephen is a graduate of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology where he obtained B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. He is an experience Software and Hardware developer with certification in Java Programming and has developed both web based, Desktop and Mobile applications. He has attended trainings on CORE banking application development and Support. He is proactive, resourceful and efficient which has made him outstanding in his career.
